Coming Soon: CONSUMER-FACING WEBSITE
The New York Housing Association is proud to announce we will be launching a new CONSUMER-FACING website soon! What does this mean for our members? This will be FREE for NYHA members and is an exciting way to market not only the manufactured and modular housing industry in New York, but also YOUR business!
ManufacturedHomes.com will be contacting YOU! Beginning the week of March 17, 2025, ManufacturedHomes.com will be contacting NYHA members for more info about your business. Expect a call from Orange County / Irvine, CA, or the 949 or 714 area codes. If you missed a call, reach out to jhong@manufacturedhomes.com
What type of info are they looking for? Most important: your contact info - including address, telephone and email. Phone and Email are vitally important so any leads generated from the new website will go to the right person, someone who will be able to respond quickly, NOT an email that doesn't get checked often. What else will they be looking for?
If you own a community: what amenities do you offer: playground, pickle-ball courts, paved roads, security cameras, shopping/restaurants nearby, good school districts, walking trails or bus stops nearby, and anything else that will distinguish you from the competition. You will also be able to advertise homes for sale or rent in your community!
If you own a retail sales center: what manufacturers and models do you sell? The new site will contain video tours of homes, 3-D models, and floor plans. Show off an accurate inventory of what you have for sale to help boost your business!
Other member types: providing as much info about the services you offer will help boost your visibility and your sales. Sell insurance or provide financing? Let them know more about it! Provide services like home installations or transportation? Let them know what area of the state you work in! Tell them about everything important to your business.

Filming Soon! ManufacturedHomes.com will be sending a video crew to NY soon! Do you have a beautiful home recently set in a community or on private land? Do you want to show off your sales center? Whatever you want to show off, let us know by sending a photo to the NYHA office and we will pass it along to ManufacturedHomes.com for their consideration.
Our current website (www.nyhousing.org) will remain intact. Coming Events, the Housing Now newsletter, the "Members Only" section, etc. - everything will remain the same.
