About the Presenter:
Scott Stroud has been immersed Factory-Built Housing for over 40 years and is currently an instructor with LearnMH, an educational resource for our industry, and Director of Development for MhCRM, a sales automation platform developed specifically for manufactured and modular home builders. A former VP of Marketing and Sales for a major home producer, Scott’s major focus today is using current technologies to attract, capture and convert more sales.
Scott is the co-author of three books, including Managing Your Business with 7 Key Numbers, published by BuilderBooks.com, and The Complete Guide to Marketing and Selling New Homes, with Jerry Rouleau.
Born and raised outside of Louisville, Scott lives and works from his home on the shores of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, Kentucky.
