Member Meet-Up July 2024

Join us at the NYHA Member's Monthly Meet-Up on July 9th! NYHA Board VP Joe Bono will be joining us again to discuss a variety of topics that are specific to manufactured home community management. 

During our meeting, we will cover the following topics:

            •           Current market trends and insights

            •           Challenges and solutions related to Right of First Refusal (ROFR)

            •           Navigating rent control regulations

            •           Implementing water metering systems in our communities

This meeting will be an open forum, and Joe is particularly looking forward to hearing from park owners across the state. We want to know:

            •           What trends are you seeing in your area?

            •           How are you handling ROFR and rent control?

            •           Have you implemented water metering, and what has your experience been like?

This will be a great opportunity for us to share knowledge, discuss common issues, and explore potential solutions together.
