74th Annual Convention & Trade Show

If you are unable to attend this year's Convention & Trade Show, but would like to attend the Welcome Reception & Banquet, tickets are available for the Banquet ONLY. 

The WELCOME RECEPTION & BANQUET will be held in The Turquoise Tiger on October 16th beginning at 6:00 pm. At the Welcome Reception, we will award the 2024 Hall of Fame Award and the NYHA President’s Award, and visit with old friends & new.

Please note: 2-Hour open bar from 6:00-8:00 pm, then cash bar.

Twenty-five tabletop displays will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibit area will be located inside the Mohawk meeting room, adjacent to the main meeting space, giving you a great opportunity to mingle with industry peers as you promote your business. Each tabletop display includes one 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, and TWO full meeting registrations (including all sessions and meals). Each additional employee from your company will pay a separate fee to attend. This year, we will be having a “Scavenger Hunt” to help encourage our attendees to visit as many exhibitors as possible. Additional benefits are a FREE 1/4 page ad in our Convention Program (ad size is 7.5" x 2 3/8" or 3 3/8" x 4 7/8" PDF or JPEG format preferred).

Dina Levy, NYS HCR Senior Vice President of Single Family and Community Development, will discuss funding opportunities available in NY, including the Manufactured Home Advantage Program and the all-new Manufactured Home Loan Program.

Whether you’re new to our industry or a seasoned veteran a worthwhile goal for you might be finishing strong. Steve will speak about a life of service and contribution and how that fires excellence, doing what you love and loving what you do, and promises that this is a unique perspective on our work becoming a life mission.

Jane McLaughlin, Esq., Greenberg Traurig, will present a Legislative Update and the 2025 Legislative Agenda. She will be covering a variety of very important topics, so make sure you attend this one!

William Sherman, Assistant Director for Inspection and Manufactured Housing, Division of Building Standards & Codes (SAA), will discuss Frost Protected Shallow Foundations. He will review and demystify the design and code requirements of an elaborate DAPIA approved insulated slab design. This is an opportunity for certified installers to hear a presentation originally developed as part of the in-service training program for local government code officials and is also an opportunity for certified retailers or community owners to hear what details are involved in the construction of a code complaint insulated slab foundation.

What does my registration include?

What time should I arrive?

The Welcome Reception & Banquet begins at 6:00 pm on October 16th. Continental Breakfast & Registration begins at 8:00 am on October 17th. Plan to arrive early on the 17th to visit with the Trade Show vendors!
