2021 Summer Outing

The 30th Annual Summer Outing will be held at Drumlin's Country Club on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Come join us for a casual day of fun in the sun!

All people who register will need to maintain social distancing and observe current CDC guidelines, which are subject to change at any time.

GOLF: at the prestigious Drumlins Country Club East Course, 800 Nottingham Road, Syracuse. Check-in at 8:00 am. Shotgun start at 8:30 am. Registration includes greens fees, golf cart, buffet, beverages and prizes.

BREAKFAST - available for all golfers: bagels w/assorted cream cheeses and fresh fruit.

LUNCH: tossed salad; fruit salad; pasta salad; steamed clams; fried clams; shrimp cocktail; roast beef baguette, turkey baguette and chicken caesar wraps; chips & salsa/guacamole; and vegetable crudites. After lunch, there will be a Silent Auction (with some great prizes!) and a 50/50 raffle. In 2019, the winner took home close to $700!

SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE (NYHA Members only): Beverage Cart, Tee Signs, Closest to the Pin (Men & Women) and Closest to the Hole (Men & Women). Like previous year's, beverage cart sponsorships purchased will be used for "free" drinks both on the course and off, for as long as the sponsorship money collected lasts.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS: are not included in the price of this event. The host hotel for the Summer Outing will be the Embassy Suites Hotel, 4464 Old Collamer Road, Syracuse. All King suites, complimentary reception from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm and cooked to order breakfast each day. Group Name: New York Housing. Special Group Rate for Tuesday, August 3rd is $119 plus tax. Cancellation Policy: With everything going on in the world right now, we are planning to host this event, conditions permitting. In the event we do need to cancel this event, the following refund policy will apply:

In certain rare circumstances, it may be necessary for NYHA to cancel this year's Summer Outing. If this happens, all pre-paid registrations will be refunded or credited to the member account for a future event. The decision to cancel or postpone this event shall be at NYHA's sole discretion and does not entitle registrants to rights or damages resulting from the cancellation. No refunds shall be made for travel expenses related to the Summer Outing.
