2023 Annual Convention & Trade Expo
Twenty-five tabletop displays will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibit area will be located inside the Mohawk meeting room, adjacent to the main meeting space, giving you a great opportunity to mingle with industry peers as you promote your business. Each tabletop display includes one 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, electricity and TWO full meeting registrations (including all sessions and meals). Each additional employee from your company will pay a separate fee to attend. This year, we will be having a “Scavenger Hunt” to help encourage our attendees to visit as many exhibitors as possible. Additional benefits are a FREE 1/4 page ad in our Convention Program.
EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITIES
There are Exhibitor opportunities available for the 73rd Annual Convention & Trade Show. All exhibits include: signage on-site, announcements during the Convention, FREE ad in the Convention Program (ad size is 7.5" x 2 3/8" or 3 3/8" x 4 7/8" PDF or JPEG format preferred), and recognition in the NYHA Housing Now newsletter. Additional benefits are a FREE 1/4 page ad in our Convention Program.

To encourage our attendees to visit every exhibitor, we are holding a SCAVENGER HUNT! Please let us know what freebies you will have on offer so we can add them to our list! Keep it simple: a magnet, pen, calendar, business card with a specific name on it, a certain type of candy, or whatever will be fun.
